The Feuerstein luxury board
Our kitchen philosophy is a love story about two cultures, for the best of North and South fuse in chef Tina Marcelli's dishes. Then again, it is based on conscious indulgence, as the fresh, seasonal and local ingredients are processed with both intuition and devotion. Products such as vegetables, cheese, herbs and meat primarily derive from the surrounding area, partly even from farmers of the Pflerschtal valley and, of course, from our own garden. The menu also features traditional South Tyrolean recipes that have been reinterpreted into delightful and contemporary culinary dishes.
Tina Marcelli thereby raises the union of Alpine and Mediterranean cuisine to a whole new level, resulting in creations which turn the culinary experience – starting from breakfast to the lunch and afternoon buffet and up to the 5-course dinner menu – into something truly exceptional.

Salty, sweet or rather savoury? It doesn't matter which breakfast type you are: a great day starts with…? Exactly! It begins with a satisfied stomach, which you can spoil with all kinds of delicacies at our rich breakfast buffet from 7.30 to 11 a.m.

There is so much to experience at the Feuerstein. To ensure you and your kids are full of energy for all your activities, our luxury board also includes a wide-ranging lunch and afternoon buffet: between 12.30 and 4.30 p.m. you can enjoy cold appetizers, salads, hot dishes and sweet delicacies!
